Holiday Season 2023 Order deadlines
All Holiday 2023 order deadlines have passed.
General Shipping
Orders placed by noon CST will be received in 3-10 business days in the contiguous USA. Transit times may vary for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Free shipping for all orders $35 or more to the contiguous United States. Shipping for smaller orders is $5. Outside the contiguous US, shipping is $10 for any size order.

Returns
Please help conserve resources by reusing the packaging for returns whenever possible. You may return or exchange merchandise within 60 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or credit. Returns must be unwashed, unworn and in their original condition, unless you email first and have received permission to try washing or wearing it first. You are responsible for the cost of the return postage and for the safe delivery of your return package. EcoPetites is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Using a track-able service is recommended.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you make an exchange, you will not be charged shipping back to you. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to process returns and exchanges.
Exchanges
The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
What to do
To start a return, you can email returns at ecopetites.com or send me at a text at the number proved on your packing slip. Let me know if you are requesting a refund or a return, as well as any pertinent information. Your packing list also has my phone, email and address. Please reach out to me if you have any questions.
